On January 27, 2001, I decided to surprise 10 of my closest and dearest friends on my birthday, and I invited them to tea and told them to wear purple and don’t ask any questions. They know how a bit crazy I am so they thought nothing of what I had planned for them. When they arrived, I presented them each with a red hat, a certificate as a charter member, and an agenda, which consisted of selecting our chapter name and voting on officers for our small group. We hooted and laughed and had a great time.
